  Transformare: EPSG:15995, Pulkovo 1942(58) to WGS 84 (19).
  Parametri geocentrici: 2.329, -147.042, -92.08 metri;
  rotatii: 0.309, -0.325, -0.497 secunde de arc;
  factor de scara: 5.69 ppm; conventie coordinate_frame.
  Precizie nominala: 3 m. Nu se aplica grila TransDatRO.
  Input/output 2D, fara transformarea altitudinilor.

Implementare geodezica: formule iterative Vincenty pentru problema directa
si inversa pe elipsoidul WGS84. Calculul se opreste explicit daca nu converge.
Aria si perimetrul poligoanelor sunt calculate in planul Stereo70.
